LIVEPIX HELP CENTER

🎯 1. Initial Interest and Value Proposition

LivePix is a professional software platform that transforms event screens into interactive and engaging experiences. It allows guests to upload photos in real time from their mobile devices without the need for apps, creating a dynamic content flow that energizes any celebration (weddings, parties, corporate events, concerts) and eliminates the impersonal nature of traditional screens. It enhances the fun and makes the event more memorable.
It combines the immediacy of digital interaction with the magic of the big screen. Unlike a photocall, the photos don't just stay on your phone; they become the heart of the event. Unlike a hashtag, the content is moderated and displayed with complete control, preventing unwanted posts and ensuring superior quality and format.
No. The system is designed for DJs, entertainers, and event organizers, not for IT professionals. Its control panel is visual and intuitive, allowing you to manage everything from any mobile device, approving or rejecting photos with a single tap. Technical setup takes only a few minutes.
Social and corporate events of all kinds: weddings, birthdays, theme parties, graduations, company events, concerts, and festivals. Any event with a screen where audience participation is encouraged.
LivePix is a self-managed service: it's designed to be very simple and easy to set up, and can be used by anyone responsible for the event. If the company prefers, a LivePix technician can be hired to manage the photography and configure the control panel to ensure the event's designs, logos, and corporate colors are displayed.

💻 2. Operation and Technical Configuration

The customer configures the system via the control panel. If needed, LivePix staff can configure the entire system remotely.
No. That's one of LivePix's fundamental principles: zero apps. Guests simply scan a QR code projected on the screen or access a web link. From their mobile browser, they can instantly upload photos, without registration or downloads.
The platform is compatible with any device. Guests can participate from any smartphone (iOS or Android) via their web browser. The control panel is accessible from a computer or mobile device.
LivePix uses proprietary streaming technology with high-performance, low-latency servers in a European infrastructure. Photos appear on screen within seconds of being sent. The display speed is configurable (for example, 4 seconds per photo).
The homepage (index) is optimized for the most common mobile browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (current versions). The admin panel works best on desktop computers using Chrome or Edge.
No. This feature is designed exclusively for mobile devices, as it uses the phone's camera or gallery. The upload button is optimized for touch interaction.
It is recommended to use JPG or PNG format photos with a standard mobile resolution (between 1080 and 4000 pixels on the longest side). Formats such as HEIC or RAW are not supported. If the maximum size set by the organizer is exceeded, the platform will display an error message. Photos are displayed in the browser at a resolution of 1920×1080 at maximum quality.

⚙️ 3. Detailed Functionalities

When the organizer activates this feature, after uploading a photo, the screen displays a loading animation while the AI analyzes the face. Upon finding a match, the celebrity's name and photo are displayed alongside the guest's photo. It's completely automatic.
It's a team competition. Before uploading a photo, the participant chooses which team they belong to (e.g., Red vs. Blue). The screen is divided into two columns, each displaying the photos and a team tally. The team with the most photos wins. The organizer configures the team names from the panel.
The organizer presses "Start," and the screen randomly shuffles photos at high speed. Pressing "Stop" slows the system down gradually until it stops on a winning photo, which is visually highlighted with a sparkling crown. It's ideal for giving away prizes or livening up an event.
LivePix integrates ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude to generate automated comments. You can choose from several styles: Funny, Elegant, Poetic, and Roast (humorous). Additionally, you can create custom personalities tailored to the event. The organizer selects the style and event type (Wedding, Birthday, Party, Corporate, Graduation) to fine-tune the tone.
Yes. The administration panel allows for extensive customization: logos (up to 2), watermarks, PNG overlays, and text overlays with frames and phrases like "#LivePix2026," visual themes, QR codes for individual photos and the entire album, as well as color and font settings. If the license only includes one logo, you can create a design that includes more logos, but its movement on the screen will be more limited.
These are graphic elements that are superimposed on the photo after it's uploaded. The PNG overlay is an image (for example, a frame), and the text overlay is a custom phrase (like "#BodaDeMaríaYJuan") that appears in a configurable position on top of the final image. It's a fantastic way to send birthday wishes, bachelor/bachelorette party greetings, or company lunch greetings with a predefined design, adding the name in real time. It can be modified and activated or deactivated instantly from the dashboard.
The ticker is a horizontal scrolling text bar at the bottom of the screen, similar to a television text scroll. It's used to display promotions, messages from the organizer, or event hashtags. It's activated and configured from the administration panel.
Yes. The panel allows you to define up to 5 time slots (ceremony, cocktail hour, meal, party, after-party). The filters are activated according to the time you've defined in the control panel, so the photos are automatically filtered based on the event's timing.
Yes. The organizer can display either a single image or all the images within a folder. These images appear sequentially or randomly, depending on the settings. Video can also be inserted. The advertisement is displayed every X photos for X seconds.
You can add icons and usernames for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and an event website. These appear in a discreet position on the screen to encourage social media engagement.

🛡️ 4. Privacy, Security and Content Control

Phone numbers are only requested if the organizer activates them (for statistical purposes or for optional WhatsApp messaging). This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. Photos are not saved on clients' phones; if they wish to receive the photo on their mobile phone, it can be sent to them from the control panel.
In auto-approval mode, each photo appears on screen automatically upon upload. In manual mode, the organizer reviews each photo from their dashboard (mobile or computer) and decides whether to approve or reject it with a single tap.
Manual approval mode gives you full control, but requires constant attention. Alternatively, you can enable auto-approval, knowing that an AI filter checks photos before uploading them in automatic mode. You can always delete a displayed photo from the admin gallery.
The organizer can immediately reject the photo from the moderation panel, preventing it from appearing on screen. If the event uses self-approval, it's always possible to delete a displayed photo from the admin gallery.
There is a feature to send photos without limit or with a limit, configurable by the organizer. If a maximum limit of photos per user is applied (generally between 3 and 5 per day), the send button is automatically deactivated when that limit is reached.
The organizer has a link to all the photos from the evening and a download button they can share so people can download them. They can also generate a ZIP file with all the photos (with or without a watermark). The images and associated data are temporarily stored on secure European servers and deleted after a grace period, unless the client requests extended retention.
By using European infrastructure and collecting only the minimum necessary data, LivePix is designed to comply with data protection regulations. Organizers are advised to include a mention of this in the invitation or at the event itself.

💰 5. Plans, Prices and Contracting

LivePix offers different plans tailored to the type of event, its duration, and the number of guests. Pricing varies depending on the included features (advanced AI, watermarking, multi-event functionality, etc.). Due to the personalized nature of the service, we recommend requesting a specific quote through the contact form.
Yes, there is a free trial. Depending on the distance and availability, it can be done with a LivePix technician. If the distance is too great, everything can be done online so the client can have a one-day demo.
We recommend booking at least 2 or 3 months in advance, especially for events during peak season (May to September). However, you can always check for last-minute availability.
Base prices include software and remote support. On-site technical support and travel expenses (from Alicante to anywhere on the Iberian Peninsula) are quoted separately depending on the location and duration of the event.
Yes, the client can manage it themselves. Livepix has an easy and intuitive control panel that allows anyone to manage it without any prior knowledge. If necessary, some preliminary recommendations can be provided over the phone to answer any questions the client may have.
Licenses are only available for daily, monthly, or annual contracts. For events lasting several days but less than a week, a case study will be conducted to determine the best option.
If the event is for one day, the price is as listed on the website. If it lasts several days and the client believes Livepix is a good tool for their events, it's recommended to purchase a different type of license to maximize savings.

📷 6. Uploading and Managing Photos by the Guest

Yes. The interface lets you choose between using the camera (instant capture) or selecting an existing photo from your phone's gallery. Just tap the box and choose the desired option.
This information is only requested if the organizer has enabled this option. It is not mandatory. If requested, it is for statistical purposes or to later send the photo via WhatsApp. The data is not shared with third parties.
If the organizer has set a nighttime cutoff time (e.g., 6:00 AM), the system will block uploads outside of the defined hours for each part of the event. The message "⏰ The event has ended" will appear.
In auto-approval mode, the photo appears directly on the screen, so you can see it instantly. In manual mode, you'll receive a notification on your phone (green or red message) when the organizer makes a decision.
Not directly from your mobile device. If you need to delete a photo, you must contact the organizer to have it deleted from the admin panel.
The error message explains the reason: excessive size, daily limit reached, format not allowed, or event completed. Check the photo's format and size, or wait until the next day if it's a limit issue.

📲 7. Download, Gallery and Post-Event

There are two ways: (1) scanning an individual QR code that appears in the corner of each photo during the screening, or (2) accessing the entire public gallery via a link or QR code provided by the organizer. Both options allow for direct download in high quality.
Yes, if the organizer enabled the watermark, it will appear on the downloaded photos. If it wasn't enabled, the photos will be downloaded without the watermark. The organizer can generate a ZIP file with or without the watermark, according to their preference.
The public gallery remains active for a grace period after the event. The organizer can request an extension of storage or early deletion.
Yes. The organizer can generate a ZIP file with all the event photos and share it with the guests. This ZIP file can include or exclude the watermark, depending on the settings.
If the organizer requests this feature, after the event they can manually send their photo via WhatsApp by pressing the send button on the dashboard. This is not automatic; it requires action from the organizer.

🧑‍💼 8. Administration Panel for Organizers

The organizer receives a link and operator password. From any web browser, they can access the control dashboard, where they will see the room code, the remaining time, and action buttons to manage the event in real time. It can also be viewed on mobile phones and tablets.
Yes. The panel is designed to manage multiple rooms or events. Each event has its own code and independent settings, allowing you to switch between them.
The dashboard provides comprehensive statistics: total photos uploaded, photos per user, photos per team in Versus mode, AI usage, number of downloads, and more. This data can be exported in CSV and TXT formats for further analysis.
If the option to request a phone number was activated, that data is included in the CSV/TXT export. Use it exclusively for the stated purpose (statistics or sending WhatsApp messages) and comply with data protection regulations.
The panel includes a file explorer where you can drag and drop designs, logos, and promotional materials (images, videos) to automatically integrate them into the event screen. It's recommended to upload this type of content before the event and test it to ensure everything displays correctly. If needed, Livepix's technical staff can configure everything and create any necessary designs.
Yes. All parameters (photo duration, logos, watermark, ticker, etc.) can be modified in real time from the panel, without needing to restart the system.

🧰 9. Technical Questions for the Advanced Organizer

A stable Wi-Fi connection with at least 10 Mbps upload and download speeds is required. For large events, a dedicated LivePix network or a wired connection to the access point is recommended.
No. LivePix requires an internet connection to transfer photos from guests' mobile phones to the servers and back to the screen.
The system is designed to tolerate brief outages. Photos in transit will be lost, but guests can re-upload them once the connection is restored. Support staff monitor connectivity.
The organizer sets the photo limit per user (usually 3-5). There is no maximum limit on the total number of photos for the event, but storage is sized according to the plan purchased. For large events, storage capacity can be increased.
No, guests cannot upload videos to LivePix. Videos can only be added to the advertising folder to be displayed on the screen.
The watermark is a semi-transparent stamp placed in a corner of the photo and only appears in downloads (not in the projection). The overlay is a frame or text added to the photo before it is displayed on screen and also appears in downloads.

❓ 10. Frequently Asked Questions about the Service

If there is no LivePix technician at the event, remote assistance can be requested so we can access the client's control panel and see what's going on.

Yes, provided you have a visible screen and a suitable internet connection. Outdoors, it's important to protect the equipment from the elements and ensure good screen visibility.

Yes, the service can be contracted from anywhere in the world. No LivePix staff presence is required to set it up. If you have any questions or problems, you can request assistance via video conference or remote support.

Yes, Livepix is available in Spanish, English, French, German, and Russian.

There is no strict limit, but travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses for technical staff are budgeted based on the location and duration of the event. The further away the event, the higher the travel costs.

The minimum license is 24 hours. The price of this license is very affordable and covers everything needed for a basic event.

LivePix stands out for its native AI integration (ChatGPT and Claude), the possibility of multiple game modes (Versus, Similarities, Draw), complete screen customization (logos, ticker, advertising), broadcast-quality live camera, and a turnkey service with technical staff that guarantees the success of the event.

Yes. You can request a live demo through the contact form. The LivePix team will show you the platform in action and answer all your questions before you sign up.

The entire payment process is conveniently completed on our website when you select your license. Once your purchase is complete, you'll instantly receive an email with everything you need to get started: your license, direct links to the control panel and your event screen, as well as your invoice. For your convenience, you'll have your own client portal, a space designed to easily manage your licenses, review your payments, and download your invoices at any time.

🎥 11. Live Camera (Professional Video Streaming)

It's a live video production service using a professional camera that allows real-time transmission to the main screen of the event, showing what's happening (dance floor, speeches, performances, etc.). The camera can be operated by either a technician or the event organizer.
It includes all automatic setup and management from the control panel to activate or deactivate the live camera. No technical knowledge is required from the organizer.
Yes. The LivePix technician can alternate the live camera feed on the screen with photos submitted by attendees, game modes, or advertising. For example, photos can be displayed during the cocktail hour, and then the live camera feed can be switched to during dancing or performances.
Not necessarily. The live camera feed is a complement that enriches the event's on-screen experience by showing what's happening in real time, but the LivePix service doesn't include professional recording for post-production. It can be perfectly combined with the photographer and videographer hired by the client.
Yes. The same graphic elements can be overlaid on the live camera feed as on photos: logos, overlay text, frames, or messages. The technician can add smooth transitions when switching between the camera feed and other content.
It is only included in the ENTERPRISE license.
For the camera to work smoothly without latency, it is recommended to use a WiFi 6 router, a latest generation phone that supports WiFi 6, and the router connected by cable to the computer that outputs the image to the screen.
No. The live camera feed is designed exclusively for projection onto the event screen, creating an immersive experience. Guests only interact by uploading photos from their mobile devices.
The standard setup includes one main camera. For large-scale productions requiring multiple cameras (e.g., one on stage and another on the dance floor), a custom quote is available upon request. LivePix adapts the technical setup to the event's specific needs.
As part of the professional service, the technician constantly monitors the signal and is prepared to instantly switch to other content (photos, advertising) in case of a technical issue. Reliability is high, as professional equipment and proprietary cabling are used.
