Personal data will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Photographs uploaded by attendees during events are ephemeral and will be automatically deleted from our servers [24 / 48] hours after the event ends, unless expressly requested by the event organizer.

The legal basis is the consent of the interested party when contacting us or contracting our services, and the execution of a technology services provision contract.

5. To whom will your data be communicated?
