How far in advance should I book?
We recommend making your reservation at least 2 or 3 months in advance, Especially for events during peak season (May to September). However, you can always check with us in case we have a last-minute opening.
In which areas of Spain do you offer the service?
Our main base is in Alicante, But we moved to any point on the peninsula. Consult with us regarding potential travel expenses based on your event's location to provide you with an accurate quote.
How do guests react to their photos?
Delivery is immediate! After the photo or video is taken, the system generates a custom QR code on screen. Guests simply scan it with their mobile phone to instantly download the high-quality content.
Does the service include a responsible person?
It's optional, but recommended. All our services include qualified technical personnel who is in charge of the setup, entertaining the guests, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Can the photos be customized with our logo?
Of course! We customize the photo frame design with yours. names, date of the event, corporate logo or themed colors so that each memory is unique and in keeping with your celebration.
What happens if there is a technical problem during the event?
We have high-end equipment and we always carry spare parts (cameras, printers, cabling). Furthermore, our staff is trained to resolve any issues quickly so the fun doesn't stop.
